About LGS Hair Clinic
LGS hair clinic has been established for nearly 10 years now, it was set up by Lukan Griffith and was one of the first scalp micropigmentation clinics in the UK. Lukan started by himself but got so busy with his outstanding scalp micropigmentation results his diary was full for months 7 days a week, so he decided to train his son up to the same standard as himself, a year later his sons diary was full, so he decided to take on his sons friend and trained him up and from that the business just kept growing and growing. LGS has 10 staff now all trained up to high standard in scalp micropigmentation, all LGS staff work 5 to 6 days a week this is what makes them the best technicians in this field with the most experience and knowledge! We have scalp micropigmentation branches in Birmingham, London, Marbella and Barcelona and more opening soon. Lukan has made the prices at LGS very affordable and reasonable for the average working man since he knows what it was like back in the day working on a minimum wage, he wants to give everyone a chance to have a hair line.
At LGS all the staff are very friendly and genuine we are like a big family, talkative, like a laugh and we also are very good listeners, you will feel relaxed at our clinics and we are never looking to rip people off we are very fair and reasonable any clients will tell you that. Some clients book in by sending photos of all areas of hair loss for a price and a chat on the phone, but if you would like a free consultation you are welcome to come down to our scalp micropigmentation clinics in Birmingham and London and we can go through everything with you, you will be able to see hair tattoo treatments been done as well, we always ask the client first if you can watch for a bit and they always say yes anyway as they know how important hair loss is.
The Birmingham scalp micropigmentation clinic is located in a great location on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre, plenty of parking, 2 minute walk from Birmingham Digbeth coach station and a 10 minute walk from Birmingham New st train station. There are also cafes allocated on site.
The London scalp micropigmentation clinic is located in a great location to, it is not central london but we are situated just 20 minutes from central London, there is on street parking, a 5 minute walk to Cambridge overground and a 10 minute walk to Bethnal Green underground. Very easy to get to. There are also cafes allocated on site.

SMP is cosmetic tattooing (hair tattooing) that offers a solution to hair loss by replicating hair follicles that are about to grow giving the impression of a shaved look. SMP can treat anywhere on the scalp that is losing hair or even complete baldness of the scalp.
Some people think we only cover a bit of your scalp, but we cover the whole areas that need to be done, you just will not have the same build up as the finished result. It will look like you have more hair follicles on your head, it will look better than when you first walked in and undetectable still.
No not at all, if anything the treatment has been known to stimulate hair growth in some cases.
No not at all even though SMP can be known as a hair tattoo, it is completely different to a tattoo. The pigments used for SMP do not change colour, complete different equipment and needles are used and a complete different technique is used. Also you have to be specially trained to perform scalp micropigmentation.
Results are permanent, but touch ups are needed 1 to 3 years, depending on lifestyle and immune system it can last longer.
The honest answer is more of a discomfort rather than pain as with a normal tattoo procedure. We advise clients to have eaten well and be in good health on the day of treatment. Our pre-treatment advice also includes moisturising the scalp twice daily in the days/weeks leading up to your procedure. This will help soften the skin. The elation you will feel after solving your hair loss issues will far outweigh any discomfort from the treatment.
1st 1 to 3 hours 2nd 1 to 3 hours and 3rd 1 to 3 hours. All quotes are for 3 visits. 1st to 2nd visit a 7-day gap and 3rd a 4-week gap.
The hair line design is entirely up to you, whether you want a nice natural, receding, sharp defined or a bit of both sharp defined and natural the choice is yours. We draw the hair line on first until your happy with the design, this can take quite a while there is no rush we got to get it right.
The first session we do not go to dark we play it safe, second session we see how the colour has settled, we get some feed back off yourself and see how much more darker we can go, the third session is the same if it needs stepping up we go darker and then we have the finished results the perfect colour match.
Scalp micro pigmentation gives the look of a shaven head or a stubble shadow look, the treatment at LGs will be undetectable only you and LGs will know.

Ive Just finished my training as an SMP artist at LGS, they provided me with the tools and knowledge and understanding of the SMP WORLD to start my business. I opted for a London based course and was taught by a lovely gentleman called Marques whom was extremely thorough and professional and humorous and most of all patient .He guided me through the all steps and I left feeling confident enough to take my new QUALIFIED skill and join the world of SMP Artist I would definitely recommend:)

I have recently completed my SMP training with LGS. My tutor was Marcus whom I can't thank enough, Marcus originally did my own SMP treatment 8 years ago, it was such a wonderful surprise to see him after all this time. The course structure was informative, educational and I never once felt unsupported. Marcus was with me every step of the day with relevant feedback over the 4 days. Best training ever. Marques was amazing at his teaching skills. On day one, he explained the theroy in great details. And he also gave experience working on different fruits to develop certain skill level before going to human head. Day 2 was amazing. I had model to do hair filling and I was super confident working on first model itself. Marques was always there to keep.checking and guiding if I was making mistakes.Overall communication with Amy from administration to book the course to the trainer Marques, everything was just so perfect. I have atrended so many trainings in UK but this was by far the best training I ever had. Thank you LGS, Marques and Amy so much 💕

This is long overdue since I took their training course in early March, but my experience here was so positive I had to leave a review!I took the course in London by Marcus and he was really friendly, patient and took his time answering every question. With years of his experience and his being such a great instructor I got so much out of the course. It was also great working on live models provided by LGS Clinic with supervision by Marcus of course, and I felt I was in good hands. It was so rewarding to see this model walk out so happy!I also got to observe B-Boy in Birmingham give treatments which I'm so grateful for. He is so talented and thoughtful, and even sat down and broke things down for me (drawing a diagram and all!) so I could understand some theories better. I did a training course here recently. It was really hands on which is the best way to learn and we got to practise on a model. I work in a salon and can now offer this as part of a service as I am a hairdresser. This place has the best trainers and they even offer aftercare.
